What you are buying. Each product is a one-time purchase of a personalized digital item: a written reading, a high-resolution photo of a personalized candle arrangement, a PDF guide, or a program of daily written messages. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Your card statement shows the merchant name displayed at checkout.
Delivery. Written readings are delivered in your private conversation on this site within minutes of payment. Photos are delivered in your conversation and by email within the hour. PDF guides are delivered as a link you keep. Programs deliver one written message per day for their stated duration. Every item is also reachable from your conversation at any time through the link sent to your email.
Nature of the readings. Readings and guided programs are personal interpretations written for you. They are not professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no specific outcome is promised.
Refunds. Because every item is personalized and produced for you as soon as your payment is received, purchases are not refundable once the item has been delivered. If an item was not delivered within the stated time, or was not delivered as described, write to support@danielle-grace.com within 7 days with your email address and the product concerned: we will deliver it again or refund it in full, at your choice, within 3 business days.
